Job Description
Senior Procurement Director role focused on strategic procurement and workforce transformation for The Cigna Group. Leveraging extensive experience to drive measurable business value and improve supplier partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior advisor to stakeholders on how to apply procurement strategy to talent acquisition and development
- Support development and execution of strategies aligned to enterprise priorities
- Apply procurement discipline to recruiting and workforce solutions
- Support initiatives related to AI-enabled recruiting and workforce transformation
- Advise on supplier consolidation, negotiation strategies, and contract optimization
- Identify and execute opportunities for cost reduction and demand management
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in procurement and talent development
- Demonstrated expertise in fostering and maintaining relationships with Universities
- Contract negotiation
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
