Job Description
Senior Director of Sourcing at JLL managing a high-performing Sourcing and Procurement team. Focused on strategic sourcing for a large technology client and compliance oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team for a large technology client.
- Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.
- Drive results through S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guideline, AND meeting account level KPIs and goals.
- Oversee compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify risks and opportunities to clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk.
- Own sourcing compliance and controls, including, but not limited to, Contract and COI compliance, RFx/Process Improvements, Diverse Spend, and adherence to Procurement Playbook.
- Develop and maintain systematic, analytical, and results-based methods for savings, monitoring supplier’s performance, sourcing effectiveness and communicate these results to the business.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired along with people management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- MBA, a plus
- CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred.
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%)
