Job Description
Senior Expert managing Enterprise local accounts and client contracts at Randstad. Providing market insights and improving client satisfaction through strategic engagement and service offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages complex/large Enterprise local accounts
- Negotiates new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments
- Serves as a single point of contact for the Enterprise clients
- Provides and presents insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to guide clients' hiring decisions and strategies
- Measures and monitors operational client satisfaction and implements improvement plans
- Identifies opportunities for engagement with operational solutions clients
- Drives expansion of client relationships and stakeholder network
- Influences key senior stakeholders through communication, product knowledge, and industry/domain expertise
Requirements:
- Specialized depth and breadth of expertise in business, financials, products/services and the market
- Proven track record in managing medium sized accounts or business opportunities within own specialization
- Focus on sales targets and/or sustainable business growth
- Experience in leading small sales teams without supervisory authority
