Job Description
Senior Finance Systems Accountant owning Pigment, ERP reconciliation and finance automation. Supporting Oviva’s AI-powered chronic care platform serving patients across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Own Pigment administration, models, workflows, dashboards, controls and user access
- Lead enhancements from ideation through testing, release and user adoption
- Reconcile Pigment with the ERP and other data sources
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve them at source
- Train and support users
- Document processes that maintain data flow and issue visibility
- Partner with the Finance Systems Director on ERP, integrations and reporting tools
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation and responsible AI use
- Translate between technical and finance teams to maintain alignment
Requirements:
- Hands-on Pigment experience in administration, modelling and reporting
- Confidence diagnosing and independently improving Pigment models
- Experience as a systems accountant or in a similar finance systems role
- Solid accounting and controls knowledge
- Experience across FP&A, financial reporting or management reporting
- Ability to trace data across systems, reconcile it and explain discrepancies
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and see work through to completion
- Ability to tailor communication to technical, finance and non-finance colleagues
- Track record translating business requirements into tested, adopted system changes
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Interest in automation and AI
