Job Description
Front-End Developer for Base Exchange, Brazil's future stock exchange. Focus on developing high-performance React.js applications with a commitment to excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in product development from conception through deployment and production monitoring;
- Build responsive, high-performance interfaces using React.js 19+;
- Collaborate with back-end engineers and UX/UI designers;
- Convert Figma designs into clean, efficient code;
- Support the team's technical growth through code reviews and technical discussions.
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience with React.js (including advanced hooks and the new React 19 APIs);
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern componentization practices;
- Hands-on experience with Vite, Zustand, TanStack Router, React Hook Form, Zod, and other modern stacks;
- Solid understanding of front-end architecture, performance, rendering, and design systems;
- Ability to work in complex environments and multidisciplinary teams;
- Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, and design patterns);
- Product-oriented mindset focused on quality and delivering value.
- Advanced English (documentation and technical communication);
- Prior experience with high-availability products or financial systems;
- Familiarity with CI/CD, observability, and deployment best practices.
