Job Description
Senior Frontend Engineer building DataDome’s bot-trust customer dashboard with Angular. Improving frontend performance, fixing production issues, and optionally growing into Symfony/PHP full-stack work.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new features in the customer dashboard
- Improve frontend performance
- Find and fix bug reports from the QA process
- Investigate and fix production bugs
- Plan and evaluate issues to work on
- Use AI tools in day-to-day engineering workflows
- Own topics from idea to delivery with autonomy
- Engage directly with stakeholders to shape and defend proposals
- Optionally grow into full-stack development by learning Symfony/PHP with team support
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience building applications
- Strong, hands-on experience with Angular 17 or newer
- Comfortable using AI-assisted tools in engineering work
- Care about code quality, simplicity, and performance
- Bonus: Experience with Symfony or another PHP framework
- Bonus: Experience with MariaDB, Redis, or ElasticSearch at high scale
- Bonus: Experience writing crawlers
- Bonus: Understanding of how the internet works
- Bonus: BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field or equivalent experience
