Job Description

Sr. GTM Engineer building CRM, data, and automation infrastructure for Firework’s AI video-commerce platform. Turning market data into qualified enterprise sales pipeline through automated sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the core GTM systems and data infrastructure, including CRM architecture, enrichment tooling, and integrations
  • Own enterprise lead generation end to end, including sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing logic
  • Design and automate outbound and inbound lead flows to maintain a qualified sales pipeline
  • Partner with Sales and leadership to define qualified leads and enforce qualification systems at scale
  • Use AI tools, including Claude, to prototype and ship lead-generation automations
  • Continuously test, measure, and improve lead-generation systems
  • Work closely with Sales to translate the GTM foundation into pipeline

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a GTM engineering or demand generation role, ideally building enterprise lead-generation systems from scratch
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, enrichment tools, sales engagement platforms, and automation tools
  • Working proficiency in SQL
  • Comfort with Python or JavaScript for custom workflows and integrations
  • Track record of building or significantly improving sourcing, enrichment, scoring, or routing systems that grew qualified pipeline
  • Comfort learning new tools quickly, including AI tools such as Claude
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose pipeline or data-quality problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical systems to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ownership mindset and ability to create structure from zero in an autonomous, fast-moving environment
  • Adaptability and collaboration as priorities, tools, and processes evolve
