Job Description
Senior IS Epic Applications Analyst on the Grand Central and Prelude team at Providence. Leverage technical knowledge to drive innovative solutions and optimize system designs for healthcare applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide management with expert advice and counsel on business issues using in-depth analysis
- Define user requirements and educate customers on application functionality
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and implement business solutions
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders to maximize collaboration
- Analyze and synthesize data to evaluate multiple approaches to issues
- Plan and coordinate downtime and upgrades, perform vendor management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent educ/experience
- Epic certification within 90 days of hire
- 7 years - Build analyst experience in Epic and/or equivalent healthcare software (may substitute for Epic Certification and build experience)
- 4 years - Epic Certification with build experience
- Epic Application Knowledge: User Security & Permissions, Cogito Reporting, Radar Dashboards, Grand Central and / or Prelude
