Job Description
Analista desenvolvendo e mantendo sistemas para a área de crédito na Vivo. Atuação em projetos de melhoria operacional e análise técnica com foco em melhores práticas de mercado.
Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of systems;
- Analysis of software requirements;
- System integration across platforms;
- Ensure the quality of routines and processes;
- Reevaluate routines, manuals and working methods;
- Propose new approaches to improve technological performance;
- Participate in troubleshooting incidents related to applications.
Requirements:
- Advantage: university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields;
- Comfortable working in a team;
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies;
- Operating systems: Windows, Linux and Unix;
- Version control: GIT;
- Shell scripting;
- Experience with Java (preferably version 21) and the modern Java ecosystem (Streams, Records, Optional, modern APIs);
- Development with Spring Boot;
- Experience with microservices architecture: REST API design (contracts, versioning, status codes, error patterns). Observability and resilience: structured logs, metrics, tracing, timeouts, retries, circuit breaker (conceptual);
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL: relational modeling, normalization, indexes, constraints — and use of Redis as a non-relational store;
- Experience with Front End (React): error handling, loading states, caching;
- Experience deploying applications on Kubernetes, preferably AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service);
- Concepts: pods, deployments, services, ingress, configMaps, secrets;
- Knowledge of Camunda (BPMN) in real scenarios: process modeling in BPMN (events, gateways, subprocesses, timers). Implementation of workers/handlers for tasks (service tasks, external tasks or jobs according to the adopted pattern). Ability to translate business rules into flows with clarity and traceability.
