Job Description
Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst responsible for delivering analytics to enhance financial and operational performance for healthcare systems. Collaborating on initiatives and supporting operational leadership in reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute a vision for delivery of information and analytics
- Back end acute operational support
- Direct the capture, flow, and monitoring of initiatives
- Develop initiative tracking and trending tools for management
- Support and direct senior staff with resource planning
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience
- Proficiency with MS Access and Excel
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Proficiency with Business Objects
- Proficiency with SQL
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and management of teams using AI
