Job Description
Senior IT Analyst supporting CGI’s Defense Logistics Agency consulting work. Managing enterprise risk, internal controls, data analysis, and audit remediation for financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify enterprise-wide risks across personnel, operational, acquisition, inventory, property, and material management
- Support the design and management of the end-to-end ERM and A 123 process for audit-related activities
- Review Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs) and work with stakeholders on remediation techniques
- Identify financial statement deficiencies and perform root-cause analysis to develop detailed recommendations
- Perform tests of business processes and system controls
- Assist with implementation of management solutions, including developing training
- Perform data mining, data cleansing, data analysis, and data reconciliations
- Assist with financial statement analysis
- Identify current trends in information technology
- Support accounting, risk identification and management, audit activities, and compliance for fully auditable financial statement reporting for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)
Requirements:
- Four (4) year degree in relevant / appropriate technical field from an accredited institution
- US citizenship is required
- Three (3) or more years of experience in a related field
- Experience with Celonis
- Knowledge of Oracle Federal Financial functionality
- Understanding of GAAP, GAGAS, OMB A 123, and FASAB
- Knowledge of OMB A 123, Management's Responsibility for Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Control
- Knowledge of FISCAM requirements
- Knowledge of Oracle Federal Financials functionality
- Knowledge of current trends in information technology
- Knowledge of DLA policies, systems and procedures for personnel, acquisition, inventory, property and material management
- Successful completion of a background investigation is required for U.S. employment offers
