Job Description

Senior Manager, FP&A leading internal and external financial reporting while automating processes at MANSCAPED. Collaborating with senior leadership for financial performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate company P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting and forecasting responsibilities
  • Lead, and continuously improve monthly/quarterly/annual and long-term forecasting exercises
  • Improve and refine financial reporting and KPI’s for internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive process and reporting automation, ensuring efficiency gains
  • Supervise, develop, and mentor Finance Managers
  • Lead support for company-wide department spends, capital investments and headcount
  • Establish financial controls, policies, and procedures
  • Ad hoc research, competitive benchmarking, modeling, and reporting
  • Support quarterly and annual board and executive reporting
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive Finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards
  • Advanced Excel proficiency including complex formulas, pivot tables
  • Experience designing and optimizing financial dashboards using tools such as Looker
  • Financial Reporting and/or Planning Systems experience; NetSuite preferred
  • Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop high-performing Finance staff
  • Highly curious, detail oriented, and committed to accuracy
