Job Description

Senior Manager, Growth & Ambassador Pipeline responsible for converting creators into Epic ambassadors at Epic Gardening. Overseeing outreach, paid UGC, affiliate revenue, and partnerships for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the Pipeline: High-velocity outreach and seeding at scale. You'll manage thousands of seeds to harvest a handful of unicorns.
  • Run Adjacent Category Tests: Pet, DIY, Wellness, Homesteading. Find the whitespace with low CAC and high LTV, then own it.
  • Own Paid UGC and Whitelisting: Source, brief, and manage creators for paid UGC. Move top performers into whitelisted Meta and TikTok campaigns. You evaluate whitelisted content as a mid-funnel signal generator, not a direct-response unit.
  • Own Affiliate Revenue: You hold the revenue line and contribute materially to annual targets.
  • Drive Membership: Every partnership optimized toward Greenhouse Membership conversion.
  • Kill What Doesn't Work: Weekly pipeline audits. If a segment isn't hitting gross margin thresholds after attribution, cut it.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years scaling affiliate or ambassador programs at a $20M+ DTC brand
  • Proven track record managing $1M+ in monthly attributed revenue
  • Hands-on experience running paid UGC programs and creator whitelisting on Meta and/or TikTok
  • Mastery of modern affiliate platforms (SuperAffiliate, etc.) and CRM automation
  • Founder mindset on spend
