Job Description
Senior Manager leading security operations team; managing vulnerability analysis and engineering tasks for client accounts. Enhancing security service delivery and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of vulnerability analysts and security engineers
- Provide coaching, mentorship, performance feedback, and career development
- Ensure high-quality delivery of security services across client accounts
- Act as the operational escalation point for client-facing delivery issues
- Own day-to-day operations of scanning, triage, ticketing, remediation coordination
Requirements:
- 10+ years of total IT/security experience
- 5–7+ years in security operations or vulnerability management
- 4–6+ years of people management responsibility over technical teams
- Hands-on experience with Vulnerability scanning platforms like Tenable
- Experience with endpoint/patch management tools like Tanium
- Strong understanding of vulnerability lifecycle management
- Ability to translate vulnerability and risk data into actionable tasks
