Job Description

Senior Manager leading security operations team; managing vulnerability analysis and engineering tasks for client accounts. Enhancing security service delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of vulnerability analysts and security engineers
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, performance feedback, and career development
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of security services across client accounts
  • Act as the operational escalation point for client-facing delivery issues
  • Own day-to-day operations of scanning, triage, ticketing, remediation coordination

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of total IT/security experience
  • 5–7+ years in security operations or vulnerability management
  • 4–6+ years of people management responsibility over technical teams
  • Hands-on experience with Vulnerability scanning platforms like Tenable
  • Experience with endpoint/patch management tools like Tanium
  • Strong understanding of vulnerability lifecycle management
  • Ability to translate vulnerability and risk data into actionable tasks
