Job Description

Senior implementation leader driving enterprise adoption and value realization for PackageX’s physical logistics platform. Managing technical implementations, go-live execution, customer ROI, and strategic account health.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex enterprise customer implementations
  • Drive customer adoption, measurable value realization, and long-term account health
  • Understand complex customer workflows and integrations with operations, IT, product, and executive stakeholders
  • Manage implementation timelines, risks, milestones, and dependencies
  • Own enterprise customer implementation plans, onboarding, and go-live execution
  • Coordinate technical implementation across customer and internal teams
  • Track workflow adoption, usage, customer health, and implementation risks
  • Document ROI and value realization
  • Provide executive-ready customer progress updates
  • Coordinate across sales, product, engineering, AI, and customer teams
  • Improve post-sales process discipline, implementation handoff quality, and operating cadence
  • Identify expansion signals and hand them off to commercial teams
  • Convert closed-won commitments into structured implementation plans
  • Manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously
  • Lead implementation calls and drive go-live, adoption, risk, and value milestones
  • Identify and escalate blockers
  • Translate customer needs into internal action plans
  • Capture measurable value, ROI, and customer evidence
  • Build implementation playbooks and improve post-sales execution
  • Serve as a senior customer-facing partner to business, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
  • Travel regularly to customer sites for pilots, implementation, go-live support, executive readouts, and relationship building

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years in technical implementation, enterprise implementation, technical program management, solutions consulting, value realization, strategic account management, or enterprise customer success
  • Experience managing complex enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, retail operations, manufacturing, field operations, or workflow automation
  • Strong customer-facing communication, project management, and follow-through
  • Comfortable working with technical products, APIs, integrations, data workflows, and enterprise systems
  • Able to translate customer requirements into clear execution plans
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment and creating clarity in ambiguous environments
  • Experience with logistics, warehousing, 3PL, manufacturing, retail operations, or supply chain technology
  • Experience working with AI, computer vision, automation, or workflow platforms
  • Experience building implementation playbooks and supporting value-based customer conversations
  • Experience partnering closely with technical teams and enterprise customers
  • Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, NetSuite, AS400, SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or similar systems
  • Strong executive presence and customer-facing communication
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and operationally disciplined
  • Comfortable driving accountability across customers and internal teams
  • Technical enough to understand workflows and integrations
  • Commercial enough to identify expansion opportunities
  • Proactive and comfortable creating processes where none exist
  • Able to operate across executives, operators, IT, engineering, and sales
