Job Description
Valuation & ESOP Transaction Senior Manager at CBIZ overseeing diverse transactions and client engagements. Focusing on ESOP advisory and financial analyses in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engagements end‑to‑end—from scoping and analysis through delivery—driving projects to completion.
- Manage and develop junior team members; set milestones and ensure execution.
- Communicate with clients throughout the engagement; present findings and deliverables in a clear, decision‑oriented, value‑adding way.
- Perform and review complex financial analyses and economic/industry research.
- Oversee preparation and quality of reports, exhibits, tables, and presentations across multiple models and assignments.
- Contribute to practice development and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8 years experience in public accounting or related field
- 5 years supervisory
- Must have active CPA or equivalent certification
- Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
- Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Must be able to travel based on business needs
