  • You actively develop master data processes further, e.g., clear guidelines, uniform standards and reduction of complexity
  • You identify automation opportunities and help drive their implementation
  • You train internal users and support the development of key-user competencies within the teams
  • You support finance processes and contribute to the group’s data-driven management

Requirements:

  • You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
  • You bring a solid understanding of the media industry. Media planning, buying and billing are familiar to you
  • You have experience with media processing systems — ideally DML
  • You work in a structured and precise way with a strong focus on quality
  • You can translate complex requirements from contracts and briefings into technical configurations
  • You communicate clearly and confidently across different interfaces, e.g., internally with client services, purchasing, billing and controlling
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Maconomy) and basic accounting knowledge, as well as good English skills, are a plus

Benefits:

  • Accessibility: Our modern offices are centrally located and, thanks to our subsidized train ticket benefit, easy to reach
