Job Description
Senior Microsoft Engineer at Redesign Group designing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft infrastructure solutions across customer environments. Leading complex implementations across Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Microsoft infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Lead complex Microsoft deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support.
- Architect and support Active Directory and identity services.
- Execute Azure and Microsoft 365 migrations.
- Deploy and optimize Windows Server and virtualization environments.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell and maintain technical documentation.
- Work directly with customers in a consultative, delivery-focused role.
Requirements:
- 7+ years supporting Microsoft infrastructure in a professional services, MSP, VAR, or enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience designing and delivering secure hybrid or cloud-based Microsoft solutions.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (Hyper-V) and core networking fundamentals.
- PowerShell automation experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing consulting skills.
