Job Description
Senior .NET/Blazor Developer modernizing enterprise applications for CodeRoad, a technology execution partner serving US companies. Building scalable web systems with C#, Blazor, SQL Server, and AI-assisted engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build robust, secure, and scalable enterprise web applications using C#, .NET 8+, and Blazor
- Lead legacy modernization initiatives through code analysis, technology upgrades, migration planning, and system refactoring
- Translate high-level goals into technical strategies within a Scrum POD
- Deliver production-ready code at the end of each Sprint
- Optimize backend business logic, Microsoft SQL Server queries, and RESTful APIs
- Evaluate and integrate AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and Cursor
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Product Owners
- Research emerging tools and document foundational engineering patterns
- Elevate team-wide code quality
Requirements:
- 7+ years of dedicated software engineering experience building enterprise applications within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Deep proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 8+, C#, Blazor, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Solid command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, component-based UI design, unit testing patterns, and automated CI/CD workflows
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI productivity tools, including Copilot and Cursor
- Proven technical leadership in client-facing, nearshore Scrum environments
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken, mandatory for collaboration with U.S.-based client teams and stakeholders
