Job Description
Senior .NET Developer designing, developing, and optimizing .NET applications for federal transformation projects. Leading architectural discussions and mentoring junior developers in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of a large-scale mass communications platform including high throughput transactions and custom ML models for filtering PII/PHI.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize .NET Core 8 and Core 10 applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices in .NET development and REST API design.
- Train, test, integrate, and deploy customized ML.NET models into the application workflow for predictive analytics and security enhancements.
- Debug and resolve complex issues in a Kubernetes-based environment using Dockerized microservices.
- Lead architectural discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Leverage AI-based tools to optimize development workflow and promote AI-first mindset in the team
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to other developers.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing using GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and software development standards.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- U.S. Citizen; eligible for U.S. Public Trust Security Clearance.
- 10+ years of experience in full stack .NET development (Core 8+)
- Deep experience with: .NET Core
- Git
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- ML.NET or other ML model tools
- AWS
- DevSecOps Pipelines and Tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience with Blazor
- Previous Federal Consulting Experience
