Senior Creative Strategist managing paid social accounts with emphasis on data analysis. Collaborating with a global team to create high-impact content and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Own creative strategy across multiple paid social accounts; from insight and hypothesis through execution and iteration.
  • Run performance-led research; analyze ad platform data, creative performance signals, and competitor patterns to inform strategy.
  • Develop and test high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight, platform mechanics, and historical performance.
  • Build clear creative hypotheses, testing frameworks, and messaging systems; not one-off ideas.
  • Write and guide performance copy that is structured, intentional, and measurable.
  • Partner closely with design, editing, and media buying to ensure creative is built for testing, scale, and learning.
  • Translate quantitative performance data and qualitative feedback into concrete creative decisions and pivots.
  • Mentor junior creatives; sharpening their strategic thinking, analytical instincts, and execution quality.
  • Present creative strategy and performance rationale to clients with clarity, logic, and confidence.
  • Stay current on platform changes, creative formats, and performance trends that materially impact results.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional writing ability, ideally in short-form, digital-first content.
  • A performance mindset; you enjoy digging into data, spotting patterns, and turning insights into creative action.
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology, platform behavior, and how creative actually drives outcomes.
  • Comfort forming hypotheses, reading results, and making fast, informed creative decisions.
  • Genuine interest in mentoring others and raising the overall quality bar.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine love for shaping ideas that make people stop and feel something.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Experience developing performance-driven creative for paid social or digital channels.
  • Strong comfort interpreting performance data and using it to guide creative direction and iteration.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-moving, data-creative-focused environments.

Benefits:

  • Unlimited Time Off & Sick Days
  • Flexible hours
  • Fully remote (with the possibility to work from anywhere)
  • Global pods (meet creatives from all around the world)
  • High opportunity for growth!
