Job Description
Creative Lead at Jerry.ai focusing on transforming customer communications. Overhauling messaging strategies to build trust and engagement in the car ownership space.
Responsibilities:
- Overhauling existing customer communications, including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy
- Collaborating with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to build trust and engagement
- Crafting compelling messaging that drives conversions
- Running campaigns and managing organic launches to enhance brand presence
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in creative marketing with a heavy focus on copy and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, social)
- Experience working with consumer brands
- A portfolio showcasing both your writing and creative craft
- Bachelor's Degree.
