Job Description
Sr. Analyst, Product Manager supporting data infrastructure strategy for LPL Financial. Manage platform modernization and enhance existing initiatives to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support data infrastructure strategy and development of end-to-end reporting, dashboard, and process automation for LPL Wealth Advisors Group
- Manage platform modernization efforts that enable the business to scale, improve efficiency and business effectiveness
- Help create the bridge between vision and execution by defining requirements based on user research and business needs
- Support initiative/project management – enhance existing initiatives and identify new verticals to continue enabling and driving growth
- Conduct current-state assessments through documentation, SME sessions, process walkthroughs, and identifying operational pain points
- Collaborate with technology and development partners to drive progress in-line with business needs and vision
- Enhance existing products or build new ones
- Define mid to long-term product development roadmaps, features and capabilities
- Measure post-implementation results, validate benefits, compare outcomes to projections, and document insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of industry or related experience
- 2+ years of experience building products or technology-enabled services focused on data infrastructure and data/business analysis
- 2+ years of professional business experience within a project management role
- Expertise with Snowflake, especially with native app creation and transforming Python scripts
- Experienced with product management platforms (Jira or Confluence)
- Previous experience working in financial services
- Experience with product as a service and team-based wealth management models
- SAFE (Scaled Agile for Enterprise), or CPM (Certified Project Manager) credential
