Job Description
Senior Product Designer designing tools for legal tech solutions at Proof. Collaborating with teams to enhance user workflows and product effectiveness in a rapidly growing market.
Responsibilities:
- Own design work across multiple squads
- Talk to the people using our tools
- Design interfaces that reduce cognitive load
- Spot opportunities for AI and automation
- Turn legal/technical requirements into tools people can actually use
- Work with our design system
- Coach and grow the team
- Partner with engineers
- Make prototypes that show how things work
- Measure if your designs work
Requirements:
- 5-7 years designing tools or enterprise software
- You're good at organizing chaos
- You've shipped things that made work easier
- You know how to learn from users
- You can break complex stuff into simple steps
- You're pragmatic
- You've worked with design systems
- You work well with engineers and PMs
- You can explain your thinking
- You're solid with Figma and FigJam
