Job Description

Senior Product Designer for fintech team designing user-centric solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and scale products.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end web experience design: Own the full process from initial concept through launch.
  • Research and validation: Conduct customer interviews and usability tests, and leverage qualitative and quantitative data (behavioral tracking, metrics analysis, and A/B testing) to validate and iterate on designs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Define problems and explore solutions with product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Simplifying complexity: Design clear, logical interfaces that make complex workflows feel intuitive.
  • Strategic trade-offs: Balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints; make smart compromises between speed, learning, and competing priorities.
  • Presentation and influence: Lead design reviews with external partners and confidently defend your design decisions.

Requirements:

  • Design expertise: 3+ years of experience designing modern digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end web design process.
  • 0-to-1 experience: Proven track record designing new experiences from concept to launch.
  • Agile collaboration: Ability to work effectively with engineers, articulate your design rationale, and assess technical feasibility to simplify solutions as needed.
  • Data-driven mindset: Sound judgment grounded in research, testing, and metrics; comfortable prioritizing without waiting for absolute certainty.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: Resourceful, passionate about solving real problems, and willing to admit mistakes or pivot without ego.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI tools (Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor) for rapid prototyping.
  • English proficiency: Fluency in English is required, as you will collaborate daily with global partners and teams.
