Job Description
Senior Product Designer at Delightree focusing on design for franchise management solutions. Collaborating with teams to improve usability and implement design processes.
Responsibilities:
- Own design for a set of core product areas used by franchise owners, managers, and team members
- Partner with Designers, PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Help in discovery and breaking down of problems by leading user research and tracking data
- Help in solutioning and validation through prototypes and usability testing
- Write product copy
- Help develop and maintain the design components system
- Help with setting up new design processes, initiatives, and mentoring other designers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- A portfolio with real world examples of shipped work and design outcomes
- A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to understand, reason through, and challenge the business and product thinking behind the designs
- Comfortable and quick with Figma and curious about emerging tools
- Nice to have: comfortable with vibe coding
- Strong English communication skills
