Job Description
Product Designer developing user-centric billing interfaces for Payments at Zapier. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user understanding of financial interactions and settings.
Responsibilities:
- Design how customers understand and verify what they’re charged for.
- Shape billing-aligned usage tracking and reporting.
- Design usage notifications and threshold moments.
- Improve billing settings and invoices.
- Support self-serve and Enterprise billing workflows.
- Partner with product and engineering.
Requirements:
- You’re a product designer with 5–7 years of experience.
- You care about clarity and trust in financial UX.
- You’re comfortable with data-heavy and settings-heavy experiences.
- You collaborate closely with PM and engineering.
- You’re curious about both self-serve and Enterprise needs.
