Job Description
Product Designer focusing on user research and interaction design for AI technology solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and product metrics in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research (discovery), including interviews and usability testing;
- Map user journeys, flows, and information architecture;
- Design interaction solutions with a focus on usability;
- Create interfaces aligned with the design system and visual identity;
- Develop prototypes to validate solutions;
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on the definition and evolution of solutions;
- Monitor product and user experience metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience with user research and usability testing;
- Knowledge of information architecture and user journeys;
- Experience in interaction design and usability principles;
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar);
- Experience with design systems and prototyping;
- Knowledge of product and UX metrics;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban);
- Experience with handoff to development.
