Job Description
Senior Product Manager crafting strategies for AI initiatives in clinical operations. Leading projects from concept to value with cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations
- Lead multiple early-stage investments in parallel, driving rapid experimentation and scale decisions
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities
- Work closely with AI and engineering teams in an agile, highly collaborative model
- Define and track performance indicators (KPIs) related to speed, quality, and cost-efficiency of clinical trials
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex environment
- Strong product judgment and the ability to make decisions with limited information
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and data/AI teams
- Technical fluency with AI/machine learning concepts (LLMs, prompt design, agent-based systems)
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Experience in clinical development, healthcare, or regulated environments (a plus)
