Job Description
Senior Product Manager driving product value and user retention for subscription-based products at Ruby Labs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate product ideas and hypotheses aimed at increasing ARPU, improving product value, and reducing churn.
- Own product initiatives from idea → UX definition → development → testing → production release, ensuring high quality at every stage.
- Design and improve product mechanics that drive user retention, engagement, and perceived value within subscription models.
- Work closely with UI/UX Engineers to define flows, mechanics, and interactions that clearly communicate value and reduce friction.
- Ensure that all product changes meet exceptionally high quality standards, delivering a clear, intuitive, and premium user experience.
- Collaborate with the Head of Product, Developers, and Analytics to ensure product hypotheses are executed correctly and efficiently.
- Define success metrics, participate in experiment design, and analyze results to decide whether initiatives should be scaled, iterated, or removed.
- Ensure that all product changes are coherent, well-thought-out, and aligned with the overall product vision.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in D2C Digital Products (preferably subscriptions).
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.
- Deep understanding of engineering, product, marketing, and growth strategies.
- Dynamic and hands-on leader.
