Job Description
Product Manager focusing on AI chat and knowledge surfaces at Zapier. Strategizing for product evolution and navigating organizational complexities to drive clarity and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy for existing Chat and Knowledge surfaces.
- Build a clear recommendation for how these pieces evolve.
- Work through ambiguous organizational boundaries and secure buy-in from leadership.
- Build business cases and success metrics for recommendations; secure resources for execution.
- Balance speed with care and move quickly to validate assumptions and reduce ambiguity.
- Communicate clearly and often about the direction of Chat & Knowledge.
Requirements:
- Solid experience with AI or conversational product.
- Shipped user-facing AI products, chatbots, knowledge tools, or similar.
- Great at complicated organizational situations involving multiple teams.
- Pragmatic and outcome-oriented.
- Effective communication in a remote-first environment.
- Available for team meetings between 10am - 5pm ET at least 3 days per week.
