Job Description
Senior Product Manager at Product Impact focusing on tech product consultancy. Leading teams and driving positive societal impact through best practices in product management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading a team of high-performing individuals, owning the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation.
- Work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
- Serve as an Interim Product Manager for clients at various stages of their product life cycle.
- Tackle challenging problems and make numerous product and business decisions that affect clients.
- Oversee the delivery and discovery processes of several initiatives simultaneously.
- Partner with stakeholders and manage high-pressure situations efficiently.
- Propose and take ownership of initiatives that strengthen the team and optimize for long-term profitability and growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on a tech product, ideally in a start-up environment.
- Focus on user experience and a strong understanding of business needs.
- Experience leading a cross-functional team with agile methods.
- Experience with web or mobile applications and front-end technologies.
- Able to switch between analytical and creative thinking.
