Job Description
Senior Product Manager leading growth initiatives and experiments to help creators succeed faster at Kit. Collaborating across teams to develop and scale impactful growth systems.
Responsibilities:
- Drive high-impact growth initiatives across activation, monetization, and expansion that help creators succeed faster and more predictably.
- Own key growth surfaces end-to-end - from identifying opportunities to shipping experiments to scaling what works.
- Own and evolve your product-led growth roadmap with at least 3-5 shipped experiments.
- Lead hypothesis-driven tests that reduce friction in key workflows.
- Partner with Data to establish clear success metrics and translate insights into product decisions.
- Successfully improve a core growth metric (activation, conversion, or expansion).
- Drive measurable improvement across Kit's growth funnel through systematic experimentation and scaled solutions.
Requirements:
- 6-9+ years in product management with significant ownership of growth metrics (activation, conversion, retention, expansion)
- Proven track record driving measurable product-led growth in consumer or prosumer products
- Deep experience with experimentation frameworks and funnel analysis
- Led growth initiatives from opportunity identification through scaled impact
- Partnered closely with data science or analytics teams
- Exposure to platform or lifecycle growth loops
