Job Description
Trainer in product management with AI tools responsible for learner success. Supporting individual learning processes in a remote environment for WBS TRAINING AG.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the learning success and motivation of participants
- Coach in a flipped-classroom model to guide and support learning processes
- Promote active engagement with learning content and its practical application
- Encourage exchange about learned material using innovative formats
- Supervise individual work on project assignments and assess deliverables
- Support the (further) development of the product offering
- Teach remotely from a home office
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in product management (2+ years)
- Solid hands-on experience in product management in the context of physical and/or digital products as well as AI-supported applications
- Degree or vocational training in business / technology / innovation or equivalent qualification
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira
- Substantial product management experience and practical use of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma)
- Knowledge of business cases, portfolio management, go-to-market strategies and KPI-based performance measurement
- Confident in stakeholder management, lateral leadership and working with product and project teams
- Experience working with hypotheses, experiments and innovation processes
- Excellent command of the training language German (C2)
