Job Description
Senior Product Manager driving growth initiatives at Tempo for Atlassian Marketplace products. Use data-driven insights to inform product strategy and improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Use data-driven insights to identify, prioritize, and size growth opportunities across the user lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Highly experienced at delivering cross-sell and monetization experiences to improve monetization and ARR.
- Develop and own the growth roadmap, align growth goals with company objectives, and collaborate across teams to build alignment on priorities and goals.
- Design, implement, and manage growth experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to validate hypotheses, improve key metrics, and drive impact.
- Work closely with core product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and design teams to build, launch, and iterate on growth-focused product features and experiments.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of growth initiatives, communicating impact and insights to stakeholders and making data-driven decisions.
- Gather qualitative and quantitative insights from users to identify pain points and opportunities to improve product experiences.
- Leverage insights and best practices to improve onboarding flows, in-product marketing, and retention mechanics.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a growth role, preferably within a tech or SaaS company.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics and user funnels, with experience in acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies.
- Proven records of success in designing and executing experiments with a scientific, data-driven approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, Launch Darkly, Google Analytics) and comfortable with SQL for customer data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experiences collaborating across functions and presenting to stakeholders.
- You are a "power user" of tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and V0, using them to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and analysis.
- Ability to understand user needs and translate them into impactful product experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
