Job Description

Senior Product Manager leading product operations at a B2B SaaS company focused on merchant security and compliance. Driving product delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Run and continuously improve the product delivery rhythm: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Maintain a clear, structured, and well-prioritised backlog in partnership with engineering.
  • Drive reliable, high-quality execution across distributed teams.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed, actionable user stories and product specs.
  • Define and track metrics that help evaluate progress and quality.
  • Manage roadmap visibility and ensure internal stakeholders stay informed and aligned.
  • Lead internal product discovery and support client-facing teams in capturing high-value feedback.
  • Validate ideas through structured exploration and iterative rollout.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to improve delivery speed without sacrificing quality.
  • Apply AI tools across product workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Identify opportunities to evolve how we operate using automation, structured data, and modern platforms.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in product management at a B2B SaaS company (preferably serving enterprise or mid-market clients)
  • Proven ability to operate in remote, distributed teams across time zones
  • Demonstrated ownership of Agile/Scrum delivery processes and product execution
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with core product tooling (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.)
  • Practical experience applying AI in daily product workflows
