Job Description
Senior Product Manager responsible for driving product strategy and feature prioritization. Contributing to public safety technology solutions at Versaterm.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product's vision and long-term strategic direction
- Articulate the business case and customer value for each initiative
- Lead strategic planning by identifying major areas of investment
- Translate product strategy into actionable plans
- Collect, develop, and curate ideas from customers and internal stakeholders
- Track and evaluate product performance
- Collaborate internally with various teams and promote the product externally
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- A minimum of 7 years of product management experience within a software organization
- Experience with pricing strategies, business cases, and P&Ls
- Experience developing and executing modernization strategies
- Experience establishing value propositions, product messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, and AI centric development with Claude Code
- Highly effective cross-functional team management
