Job Description
Product Manager focused on Data Insights & Analytics at Truelogic, driving strategy and growth. Collaborating across teams to ensure meaningful insights and effective product development.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives for measurement, data, and software platforms.
- User & Market Research: Conduct user interviews, analyze market trends, and gather customer feedback to continuously improve product capabilities.
- Data Analytics & Insights Development: Partner with data scientists and engineers to design data models, dashboards, and reporting features that deliver actionable insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and sales teams to align product development with business goals.
- Feature Definition & Prioritization: Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, prioritizing initiatives that generate the highest value.
- Customer Success & Adoption: Support seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive adoption and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain marketing materials, user guides, manuals, and training resources.
- Performance Metrics & Optimization: Define and track KPIs, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize the product.
- Compliance & Security: Partner with legal and security teams to ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or business intelligence platforms.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, visualization tools, and cloud-based SaaS environments.
- Experience with SQL, APIs, AI/ML-driven analytics, or big data platforms is a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable product decisions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
