Senior Product Manager at Dispensed developing UK-facing product areas for a telehealth platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare experiences for patients and clinics.

Responsibilities:

  • Own major UK-facing product areas from discovery through to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Define product strategy and roadmaps aligned to company goals, user needs and regulatory constraints.
  • Adapt global platform capabilities to suit UK workflows, user expectations and operational realities.
  • Identify high-impact problems worth solving and confidently prioritise between competing opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to turn complex business and clinical requirements into clear, actionable product plans.
  • Lead customer and stakeholder discovery with patients, clinicians and internal teams.
  • Write clear product briefs and requirements, define success metrics, and guide delivery with engineering and design.
  • Drive iterative development, validate outcomes with data and feedback, and continuously improve shipped features.
  • Build and maintain dashboards or reporting to measure product performance and surface insights.
  • Ensure features are delivered to a high standard of quality, reliability and usability.
  • Act as the product voice in cross-functional forums, aligning engineering, design, clinical and operations teams.
  • Work closely with domain experts (e.g. clinical and regulatory leaders) to incorporate compliance and safety into product design.
  • Support rollout planning and change management to ensure successful adoption of new features in the UK market.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within startup or scale-up environments.
  • Proven track record of shipping high-impact products and owning outcomes end-to-end (not just roadmaps).
  • Strong product fundamentals across discovery, prioritisation, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
  • Excellent communicator, able to influence and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership in fast-moving, evolving environments.
  • Strong commercial and user empathy - able to understand complex domains and translate them into intuitive, high-quality product experiences.

Benefits:

  • Work From Anywhere.
  • A competitive salary and awesome benefits package.
  • A supportive and positive work environment.
  • Opportunities to grow and develop your career.
  • Opportunity to transform lives through alternative medicine.
