Job Description
Senior Product Manager leading platform, billing, payments, and pricing strategy at Newfold Digital, a global web technology company. Driving roadmaps, monetization, compliance, and product performance.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve platform capabilities to support scalable product development and integration
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust services and infrastructure
- Own the end-to-end billing experience, including invoicing, payment processing, and subscription management
- Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance with global tax, billing, and payment regulations
- Develop and iterate pricing models aligned with customer value and business goals
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform pricing strategies
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to launch pricing changes and promotions
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize backlogs and manage roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or platform-based businesses
- Strong understanding of billing systems, payment gateways, and pricing strategies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and legal
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms
- Experience with global billing and tax compliance preferred
- Knowledge of usage-based pricing and subscription models preferred
- Background in platform architecture or subscription product management preferred
