Job Description

Sr Product Manager managing AI-driven merchant risk analysis platforms at LegitScript. Leading product development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance decision automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy for AI-driven merchant risk analysis and decision automation.
  • Lead development of a platform that automates data collection from merchant websites, marketplaces, and external sources.
  • Drive product strategies that increase auto-evaluated and auto-published case volume while maintaining defined quality and compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with data science teams to productionize models for content analysis, prohibited product detection, and risk classification.
  • Design and evolve human-in-the-loop decision frameworks, including confidence thresholds, escalation paths, and analyst overrides.
  • Define and track success metrics including automation rate, analyst time savings, precision/recall, and override rates.
  • Work in a semi-fused product and engineering environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery execution.
  • Partner with research and data integrity teams to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product capabilities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for product-related questions, clearly translating technical and analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, regtech, or trust & safety environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI/ML-powered systems that automate or augment expert decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of risk analysis, content moderation, or compliance workflows.
  • Proven ability to balance automation goals with quality, auditability, and regulatory expectations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, analysts, and compliance professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and monitoring operational and quality KPIs.
  • Strong foundation in Databricks preferred
  • Living proximity to Portland, OR, preferred
