Job Description
Senior Product Manager driving innovation and leading cross-functional teams at Abnormal Security in cybersecurity. Owning product strategy and roadmap for complex product areas.
Responsibilities:
- Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for complex product areas
- Frame and solve high-ambiguity customer problems
- Lead cross-functional execution from concept to adoption
- Shape product strategy and GTM tactics
- Own metrics, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Represent your product externally and with leadership
- Lead in an AI-native way of working
- (Optional, depending on role) Mentor or manage other PMs
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience in software
- Proven experience working on deeply technical products
- Demonstrated ability to own product strategy, definition, and roadmap
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership
- High ownership, operational excellence, and attention to detail
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
