Job Description
Senior Product Marketing Analyst at VIDIZMO, enhancing lead intelligence and demand programs. Focused on pipeline analytics in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Scoring & Funnel Management: Design, manage, and refine product-level lead scoring frameworks.
- Intent-Driven Demand Programs: Identify and track high-intent buyer actions across the customer journey.
- Content & Objection Intelligence: Convert sales feedback and call insights into actionable content and messaging improvements.
- Pipeline & Performance Analytics: Maintain distinct reporting for traffic performance and pipeline/revenue contribution.
- Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales leadership, SDR teams, and Product Marketing stakeholders.
- Marketing Systems Ownership (HubSpot): Own advanced HubSpot configurations, including workflows, attribution models, and lifecycle stages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- 4–7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Growth, or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including advanced automation, attribution, and lifecycle design.
- Excellent analytical skills paired with practical business decision-making ability.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and think with a revenue-first mindset.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Comfort making trade-offs based on impact, urgency, and business priorities.
- Data-oriented approach with the ability to contextualize insights for real-world execution.
- Track record of aligning marketing execution with sales outcomes and revenue growth.
