Job Description

Senior Product Owner leading requirements definition and delivery for complex products at Clario. Collaborating closely with Product Management and Agile teams to deliver high-value solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead requirements elaboration for complex products or services within a Product Line
  • Partner with Product Managers to translate Features into clear, executable User Stories aligned to product vision and roadmap
  • Act as a senior expert in business and system analysis, guiding Product Owners and Agile teams on best practices
  • Manage and prioritize the Agile team backlog (User Stories, defects, enablers) to maximize delivered business value
  • Collaborate with Architects and Engineering to align on technical enablers, sequencing, and dependencies
  • Define acceptance criteria and support estimation, sprint execution, and Program Increment (PI) Planning
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint reviews, system demos, release planning, and release execution
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Product Management, SMEs, and development teams
  • Identify and communicate delivery risks, regulatory considerations, and operational deviations
  • Support release tracking through metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement
  • Promote One Clario tools and adherence to PLC/DLC SOPs
  • Mentor and coach Product Owners and team members; contribute to analysis standards and capability development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of experience delivering Agile technology or IT requirements
  • 6+ years of experience defining and managing technology product requirements
  • Strong experience delivering products across the full lifecycle, from concept through release
  • Hands-on experience in Agile environments (Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD)
  • Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent English communication skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
