Job Description
Senior Product Owner at Verity, overseeing Open Finance projects and regulatory compliance. Leading product management initiatives, balancing between technology and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- This professional will operate at the intersection of regulatory compliance, technology and user experience (UX)
- Manage technical dependencies and regulatory deadlines
- Own maintenance and the evolution of new initiatives within the Open Finance ecosystem
- Lead multiple workstreams, aligning product and service decisions with various corporate areas
- Identify business opportunities
- Manage products and services, coordinating deliveries across teams (Tribes/Squads)
Requirements:
- Senior PO with a hybrid profile combining product leadership and a project mindset
- Expertise in Open Finance Brazil: Deep experience with Banco Central do Brasil (BCB) rules, the Open Finance Directory with focus on ITP (Payment Initiation) and consent flows
- Account Holding and ITP Specialist: Business and functional knowledge of account-holding and ITP journeys, together with JSR and new directory specifications
- Functional Data Perspective: Ability to liaise with engineering on data consumption, usage, availability and consumption performance
- Functional API Perspective: Ability to liaise with engineering on API consumption, usage, availability and consumption performance
- Project and Product Management: Mastery of complex backlogs (Kanban/KPIs), with the ability to design milestones, identify critical paths and manage regulatory delivery risks
- Focus on UX and Conversion: Ability to analyze journey funnels to optimize experience and reduce friction in consent flows
