Job Description
Senior Medical Representative promoting oncology products for AbbVie in Xi'an, China. Managing client relationships and achieving sales goals while adhering to ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
- 负责公司产品在目标区域内的推广,并达成公司的销售目标
- 负责目标区域内客户的管理,包括建立及更新客户资料,维护客户关系等工作,并合理使用公司资源
- 完成公司规定的各类销售报表
- 搜集区域内竞争对手的信息
- 严格遵守公司的道德行为规范(OEC)政策,有效地执行公司的市场计划
Requirements:
- 本科或以上学历,医学、药学或相关专业毕业
- 从事三年或以上相关区域特药或血液领域的销售经验,有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑
- 具备出色的销售意识以及较强地判断能力
- 良好地沟通和语言表达能力
- 热爱销售工作,负有责任心,能承受工作压力
- 具有团队合作及吃苦耐劳精神
