Job Description

Service Center Representative handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Working for Banner Health, providing essential support to customers in managed care settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives, documents, researches and responds to customer inquiries
  • Prepares and/or initiates a variety of correspondence/documents in response to customer inquiries
  • Facilitates timely research and issue resolution
  • Works cohesively with team members to ensure delivery of outstanding customer service
  • Fulfills informational needs of clients for care coordination of members
  • Services inbound and outbound customer and staff communications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
  • Up to one year of experience in a healthcare or managed care contact center environment
  • Ability to use technology tools to research and obtain accurate information
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
