Job Description
Service Center Representative handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Working for Banner Health, providing essential support to customers in managed care settings.
Responsibilities:
- Receives, documents, researches and responds to customer inquiries
- Prepares and/or initiates a variety of correspondence/documents in response to customer inquiries
- Facilitates timely research and issue resolution
- Works cohesively with team members to ensure delivery of outstanding customer service
- Fulfills informational needs of clients for care coordination of members
- Services inbound and outbound customer and staff communications
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
- Up to one year of experience in a healthcare or managed care contact center environment
- Ability to use technology tools to research and obtain accurate information
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
