Job Description
Ski Resort Representative managing logistics and supporting school groups during ski trips for Equity. Involves organizing activities and ensuring a memorable experience from airport greetings to trip management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics of guests' stays
- Greet school groups at the airport
- Support party leaders throughout their stay
- Organise lift passes, ski lessons, activities, and excursions
- Resolve issues and requests from party leaders
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Awareness of the needs of teachers leading our school groups
- Experience working with children (ideally)
- Knowledge of the ski industry and organizing group ski trips
- Good level of ski/snowboard ability (beneficial)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Full clean driving licence (ideally with experience driving in Europe)
- Right to work in the UK (permanent UK address, UK bank account, national insurance number, UK passport/suitable visa)
- Complete a DBS check before starting the role.
