Job Description
Senior Programmatic Manager optimizing programmatic campaigns and analytics for Jellyfish, a global digital marketing agency. Developing client strategies, reporting insights, and mentoring paid-media teams.
Responsibilities:
- Optimise campaign performance across programmatic platforms
- Develop weekly and monthly reporting insights to inform client strategies
- Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients
- Communicate with clients through written and in-person communication
- Collaborate across teams to create holistic advertiser solutions spanning the digital spectrum
- Interpret attribution modelling and third-party analytics data
- Lead weekly status meetings and assign tasks and timelines to colleagues
- Participate in internal leadership initiatives
- Engage in deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions
- Mentor and educate junior staff as the business expands
- Report to the designated manager
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment
- Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies within the Google Marketing Platform
- Experience with numerical detail and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills are essential
- Macros and SQL capabilities
- Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents
- Structured way of working and ability to cope with competing demands
- Ability to use data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies, consulting, and influencing
- Ability to create unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues
- Resume in English
- Comfortable working in English on a daily basis
- Legal right to work and remain in the advertised country and location
- Willingness to relocate if not currently based in the role's location
- Availability and medical fitness for night shifts
