Job Description
Senior Project Manager leading cross-functional teams in managing construction projects for JLL. Overseeing project financials and ensuring timelines while managing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Leading cross-functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects across a large geographic area
- Overseeing projects from initiation through completion, managing design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders
- Tracking project financials, maintaining milestone schedules, and providing regular status updates
- Demonstrating full accountability for end-to-end management of projects
- Preparing accurate project documentation for all phases of construction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
- 10-15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction
- Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules
